Delivery & Shipping Information
Through making an order on this website you are accepting the terms of trading, and therefore you are more than 18 years of age. This means you are authorised to enter into this contract.
We endeavour to describe the product as accurately as possible. The pictures and descriptions used are for illustrative reasons only. If a particular image is not suitable or available, we have the right to swap it in for an alternative.
If you would like to request further technical information then we are happy to provide this, just get in touch and we will be able to help where we can.
The goods we provide through the website adhere to the manufacturer’s quality standards.
Prices and Payment
The prices you see on our website do not include VAT or delivery, this will be added in at the checkout stage of your order. When you get to this stage you will see the full price of what you will be charged if you make the order on the site.
If you choose to pay for your good with your card details, you can rest easy because all details are encrypted; this ensures the maximum security for your details.
Delivery charges apply for delivery to mainland UK, if you would like delivery to another non-mainland point you must request this before the order is placed. If the incorrect delivery address is provided there will be a surcharge applied for re-delivery.
The majority of our orders will be despatched the next day, if ordered with the hours of 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. If delivery will take longer than five working days, we will email you with the information on this.
If you pay for special delivery it’s important that you make us aware of any requirements. Extra charges may be applicable too. It’s vital you check all goods when you sign for them.
You have 14 days to return items that you no longer want, provided they are undamaged and can still be sold in their original packaging. You must pay for the return of the items, and a refund will be issued once we have inspected the products within 14 days.
If you would like alternative items, and would like an exchange, it’s important that you make us aware of this.
The returns policy doesn’t apply to any bespoke items that have been created, and a different contract applies in this case.
If for any reason the items you have bought are faulty, you must let us know within 48 hours so the problem can be resolved. If you phone, email or write to us, we will arrange for collection of the faulty products within 14 days. It’s important to let us know if you would prefer an exchange on goods or just a refund. Once we have inspected the items a refund will be issued within 14 days, however, if you wanted a replacement they will be sent immediately after we have inspected the faulty items.
Security & Privacy
Any information we sent to you via email will come from us directly and will not be through a third party. We will treat your personal information with care and not pass it on to anyone else.

If something occurs that is beyond our control or we haven’t caused we have no legal responsibility for failure to perform our obligations under this contract.
If you have any contrastive comments to make about the services you have received from us then please do inform us. We endeavour to have 100% customer satisfaction, so if there is any problems at all then please do make us aware of them.
